Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.

Our dear colleague Mr Piotr Makosch died tragically and completely unexpectedly on 12th June 2017 at the age of just 31.

Mr Makosch joined us almost ten years ago to the day. He quickly found his feet and became an indispensable member of the warehouse team and a friend on whom you could always rely. The entire workforce valued him for his willingness to help others, his commitment, and his open and friendly manner.

Mr Makosch was planning to return to his home country next month to build a future there for himself and his young family. While we would have been very sorry to bid him farewell, we would have wished him all the luck in the world as he took this next step. Now, however, we have all been left deeply shocked, saddened and shaken by his incomprehensible death.

We have not only lost a highly esteemed colleague, but above all an extremely likeable man. Mr Makosch will be sorely missed and we will always hold him in our hearts.

Our sincere condolences go to his wife and his entire family.
