The quality management system of OPTIMAL AG & Co. KG has been successfully certified to ISO 9001:2015 by TÜV SÜD. Compared to the preceding ISO 9001:2008, the latest edition introduces a number of additional measures and criteria, and examines, for example,

• the introduction of a risk management system for estimating future risks early on and formulating ways of dealing with them
• the introduction of a process orientation system so that quality management can in future focus on processes and not structures
• the creation of a knowledge management system
• etc.

The new certificate with registration number 12 100 22 471 TMS is valid from 26.09.2017 to 13.07.2019.
